Jean-Pierre has got his engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electronique, d’Electrotechnique, d’Informatique et d’Hydraulique de Toulouse (ENSEEIHT), in 1985. He has 30 years of experience in Video processing, Video Analytics and Wireless Displays Systems as well as in Digital Signal Processing. His domains of expertise include Hardware, Software, system integration and System-On-Chip micro-architecture. He joined Intel Corporation in  2008 where he is a Principal Engineer. Jean-Pierre is the owner of 16 patents in the fields of video, video conferencing, and DSP. In his current role at Intel he leads Video systems architecture for key high-end Intel platforms serving mobile and ultra-mobile  markets (including tablets, phones and glasses), wolrdwide, some of these platforms currently in production.

Rod Watt will present a keynote at 13:20 titled :

“Advanced IP solutions to enable the autonomous automotive revolution”

Rod Watt has over 20 years experience in electronics industry in the field of high speed digital design and analog circuitry. Extensive knowledge of systems design especially high end microprocessor systems. He is responsible for the design and development of many of the telecom industry’s most complex and innovative solutions.

As Director System Architecture, he is responsible for various markets including Automotive, IoT, Healthcare, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Network Operators and Security.
